Since 1997, MissionFirst has helped its partners to build or preserve over 1,600 units of high quality affordable rental housing around the nation, with a total development cost of over $200 million. MissionFirst's current pipeline includes over 580 units with a total development cost of over $100 million.
MissionFirst is committed to the principle of providing affordable housing in the District of Columbia, where demand is far outpacing supply in the face of the recent real estate boom. Located in the Dupont Circle, MissionFirst has served as the developer or consultant for nine completed affordable housing projects in D.C., with a total of 771 units and a total development cost of $94 million.
